Our claim - only the best! We only use fresh, untreated ingredients from purely organic cultivation and the best organic meat from species-appropriate animal husbandry. The more regional, the better.

That is our promise - and has been for over 25 years!

We respect the food we work with. That's why we never use any additives such as artificial flavors, flavor enhancers (no yeast extract) or synthetic sweeteners. You will never find ready-made products such as formed meat or analog cheese in our dishes.

If you cook with love, as we do, you don't need artificial additives - you'll taste the difference!

Trust is good - control is better! Sounds trite, but is more important today than ever. We have been certified according to the strict EU organic guidelines for 25 years and are regularly inspected. All our suppliers are also certified organic - this guarantees you the best organic quality in all our dishes.
